BVHKI provides this whistleblowing channel that can be used by employees, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to independently, anonymously or otherwise, report situations of infractions or well-founded suspicions related to compliance with legislation and regulations, good management practices, and the Company’s code of ethics and conduct.
Such situations may involve issues such as terrorism financing, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, harassment, discrimination, information security and privacy, among others.
For this purpose, the decision to report must be made consciously, thoughtfully, and honestly, and it is assumed to be made in good faith. The company ensures that the whistleblower will not be subject to any retaliation or discrimination.
All reports will be handled independently and confidentially, ensuring the protection of the whistleblower’s personal data. In any case, the collected data will be treated exclusively within the scope of handling the report, with the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity guaranteed until such information is required, namely, by supervisory or judicial authorities.
